There are some great concerts in Orlando this October. Check them out!

Whether you’re a long-time Hot Topic shopper or just had a bit of a goth streak in your teens, The Nightmare Before Christmas probably has a place in your (dark) heart. This classic Tim Burton film combined humor, astoundingly wonderful and grim visuals with a truly fantastic soundtrack by the one and only Danny Elfman. Simultaneously a classic Christmas and Halloween film, it’s been a cult classic ever since its release in the 90s and its audience has only grown larger and more devoted over time.

Come to the Walt Disney Theater in Orlando, Florida October 18 to relive the amazing songs from The Nightmare Before Christmas live! Danny Elfman himself will reprise his role as Jack Skellington (he performed Jack’s musical numbers in the original film), and he’ll be joined by the original cast who will bring this spooky classic to life! A great event for anyone who loves a touch of the macabre in October.

The Chainsmokers burst onto the scene with their 2014 single “#selfie,” which was an anthem for the Instagram nation. Since then they’ve released hit after hit, combining an EDM sound with pure pop craftsmanship that has kept them at the top of the charts year after year. The Chainsmokers will take to the stage of the Amway Center here in Florida on October 26 with opening act 5 Seconds of Summer. If you want to get out and dance, this is going to be the concert event of the year! Dance your cares away to hits like “Closer,” “Kanye,” and “Paris”!

There’s lots to see and do in Orlando. If you want to make the most of your trip be sure to book a room at the Vista Cay Resort by Orlando Resorts Rental and enjoy our beautiful outdoor swimming pool and hot tub after a long night of dancing!
